Instructions

Simply place the center of the abdominal support on your back and then wrap the brace around your waist. Secure the contact closures in the front, right over left. Adjust as needed.

Care

To clean, we recommend you hand wash in warm water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Size is based on your waist size. Measure around the center of your waist.
