About the Coldform Back Wrap

The DonJoy Performance Coldform Back Wrap delivers cold and hot therapy in one to reduce pain and swelling associated with lower back pain, strains, soreness and injury. This low profile hot/cold therapy back brace allows you to utilize therapy and help speed up recovery in an easy-to-use and hands-free comfort. The Coldform Back Wrap comes with one gel pack (10"x7").

Instructions for Use

Freezing

Lay the gel pack flat in the freezer at least one hour prior to use. Be sure to use a towel or cloth between your skin and the gel pack. When not in use, store the gel pack back in the freezer.

Heating

Microwave: From room temperature, microwave the gel pack for 10-30 seconds. If frozen, microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Add 10 second increments as needed.

Hot Water: Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4-10 minutes. Check gel pack frequently to reach desired temperature. Test temperature of product before application.

Warning: Do not use the gel pack directly on skin. Always place a cloth barrier between the gel pack and skin. Always check the temperature prior to application. If hot/cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, remove the gel pack.

Care

To clean, rinse gel packs with clean cool water and wipe dry.
