Instructions

Slip your arm into the sleeve and slide the sleeve up and over the elbow. Make sure your elbow is centered in the colored compression zone. Sleeve should be snug but not too tight to impair circulation. Adjust as needed.

Care

To clean, we recommend you hand wash in warm water with mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Size is based on the circumference of your forearm. Measure around the largest part of your forearm.
