Constructed from Durable Molded Foam
Lacura Molded Armrests are designed to stabilize the elbow and elevate the hand and wrist to prevent edema, contractures and finger drop. The durable molded foam construction conforms around the contours of the arm to reduce pressure on bony protrusions without sacrificing stability and support. Measuring 21 inches in total length, the armrests are available in options for either the right or left arm.
Swingaway Armrests Feature Securing Straps
Keeping the entire arm stabilized, the palm area creates slight elevation from the elbow to the fingertips. The swing-away mounting allows the armrest to swivel out of the way so users can get into and out of their chair uninhibited. The wheelchair arm support features removable, adjustable straps for securing the arm during use.
Easily Mounts to Most Standard Wheelchairs
Mounting to most standard wheelchairs, the armrests can be positioned and held in place by tightening the adjustment knob. The outer vinyl cover is waterproof, making it highly resistant to stains and easy to clean by simply wiping it down. It may be wiped clean with any common household cleaner or disinfectant.
